• create or use a StayFull account or sign in with Google;
• use the StayFull property management system on behalf of a hotel or hospitality business; or
• communicate with us by email or other channels.

If you are a guest of a hotel that uses StayFull, your hotel is generally responsible for guest-facing privacy notices. StayFull processes guest information on the hotel's instructions as a service provider.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with StayFull, we may collect:

• name, work email address, phone number, and hotel website when you join our waitlist or contact us;
• account details such as name, email address, profile photo, and authentication identifiers when you sign in, including through Google Sign-In;
• property, operational, and business information you enter into the platform, such as hotel details, reservations, rates, tasks, messages, and staff assignments; and
• support requests, feedback, and other communications you send us.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website or platform, we may collect:

• device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general usage data;
• campaign attribution data such as UTM parameters, click identifiers, landing page path, and referrer; and
• log, diagnostic, and security data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

3. Google Sign-In and Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive information from your Google account according to the permissions you approve on Google's consent screen. This typically includes your name, email address, and profile picture.

We use Google user data only to:

• authenticate you and create or access your StayFull account;
• display your account profile inside the product;
• communicate with you about your account and the service; and
• maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when you ask for support, for security purposes, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

You can revoke StayFull's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the StayFull platform and website;
• authenticate users and manage accounts;
• respond to inquiries, provide support, and communicate about the service;
• process waitlist signups and evaluate early-access requests;
• analyze usage and performance to improve reliability and product experience;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, form processing, analytics, error monitoring, and payment processing. These providers may access information only to perform services for us under contractual obligations.
• Your organization, when you use StayFull on behalf of a hotel or team account.
• Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants, or insurers where reasonably necessary.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Current categories of service providers we use may include:

• Supabase for authentication and backend infrastructure;
• Google for sign-in and identity services when you choose Google authentication;
• FormSubmit for waitlist form delivery;
• hosting and deployment providers for our website and application; and
• payment processors for billing, where applicable.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies where needed to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect against abuse, and understand how our website and product are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and how it is used. You may request deletion of certain account information by contacting us, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

StayFull is based in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

StayFull is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
